You will identify your OCD triggers, intrusive thoughts and safety behaviours and will gain an understanding of why you get stuck in the OCD wave & what continues it. This will help you to identify the real problem that keeps you in the OCD wave.

Topic 03

You will understand how to make an exposure plan for OCD, and a toolkit to kill it. You will Know the reasons and make your personalised fear hierarchy, set your SUDS (subjective unit of distress) and how to re-structure the mind's neurons. This will help you kick-start the ERP to get rid of your fears.

Taking you from a fear mindset to a clear mindset, you will Know the reasons and start your exposure therapy and, how to get the most out of it. You will also gain an understanding of what to do and what not to do during the process. This will give you a blueprint of your cognitive restruction.
